The client needed all textured ceiling coatings removed throughout their home before other trades were due to begin the next phase of works. With the wider renovation programme already scheduled, there was very little room to maneuver; the client came to us with less than a week's notice and a hard deadline to hit.

Textured coatings applied before the year 2000 commonly contain asbestos, and any removal work has to be planned and executed under suitably controlled conditions to protect both the occupants and our own operatives. The challenge for Envion Group was to mobilise quickly, plan the job properly despite the compressed timeline, and deliver a safe, compliant removal across 180m² of ceiling without cutting any corners.
